Recognized internationally, our country never ceases to amaze with its food and exquisite, world-renowned dishes. As a tribute to local cuisine, the gastronomic event organized by PROMPERÚ, Perú Mucho Gusto, returns to delight visitors’ palates from October 30 to November 2, 2025. At LimaTours, we share how this celebration reflects the very best of our nation.

What will be offered at Perú Mucho Gusto Lima 2025?

In its 29th edition, the event will feature the finest foods from different regions of the country, along with forums, cooking classes, activities, various artistic performances, and concerts by both national and international artists.

Perú Mucho Gusto 2025 will bring together a total of 181 exhibitors from Peru’s coast, highlands, and jungle, who will present a wide variety of exquisite and unique culinary creations. In addition, the venue will offer areas to enjoy grilled dishes and food trucks, as well as a craft beer bar, pisco sales, and coffee stands.

"Under the pillars of sustainability, inclusion, revaluation, and pride in what is ours, the fair is also a tribute to the hands and knowledge that keep regional traditions and cuisines alive."

Which Peruvian regions will be represented at Perú Mucho Gusto Lima 2025?

Geographical and cultural diversity will be the key emblems during these days, represented in different areas of the Costa Verde Esplanade. The coastal region, called “Recipes with the Soul of Sea and Valley”, will highlight water as a source of life and gastronomy. The highlands, under the theme “Cuisine Born from the Earth”, will feature potatoes, quinoa, and cacao nourishing dishes that pay tribute to nature. Finally, the jungle, titled “Flavors that Beat from the Forest”, will showcase Brazil nuts, camu camu, and black chili, reflecting a diverse and exotic cuisine.

This gathering not only celebrates the culinary richness of each region but also underscores the country’s commitment to promoting gastronomic tourism as a driver of development. The fair is a perfect invitation to broaden horizons and create new business opportunities in the heart of Peru.
