In addition, the culinary moment is intertwined with a show led by  Lucho Quequezana and Vania Masías, blending art, culture, and technology to immerse spectators in an intimate journey through Peru’s most emblematic flavors and traditions.

What Peruvian regions are reflected in DanSa?

According to the event’s executive director, José Antonio Irey, DanSa aims to showcase the entirety of Peru. In an interview with Turiweb, he stated that the experience offers dishes from the coast, highlands, and rainforest, each featuring ingredients native to those regions. From starters such as scallops or ceviche to main courses like arroz con pato, these combinations will delight your passengers’ palates throughout the experience.

Regarding the music, the show portrays the three regions through the story of Teresa, a young woman who embarks on a journey to recover ancestral ingredients, guided by an ukuku, discovering the country’s cultural richness and traditions along the way.
