Last Tuesday, August 19, in the town of Ollantaytambo, we held the inauguration of a new LimaTours office. This will be our third branch in Cusco and the sixth nationwide.
The inauguration of the new LimaTours office brought together several neighbors and collaborators, who commemorated the moment by sharing a gathering. José Pedraza, the company’s General Manager, highlighted that the opening of this space represents a milestone in terms of service, and emphasized that it also constitutes an area designed for the team to feel comfortable and to welcome passengers in the best possible way.
A modern and comfortable office
The construction process transformed a commercial stall into an ultramodern coworking-style office. The architectural design combines glass walls that allow natural light to enter with white walls that reflect brightness, creating a fresh and luminous environment. Ultimately, the creation of this space has achieved its purpose: to offer comfortable and welcoming facilities designed so that everyone, passengers, staff, and visitors, feels at ease.

Where is the LimaTours office located in Ollantaytambo?
The office is located just steps away from the Inca Rail and PeruRail train stations, in a busy area that serves as an essential starting point for the great journey to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. This proximity not only ensures a smooth and seamless experience but also enhances the comfort, satisfaction, and guidance of travelers.
Since this is an area with heavy rainfall during certain seasons, this space provides our staff with the peace of mind of working under a roof, with access to all the necessary tools to take care of every detail. Likewise, for travelers, it serves as a point of support in one of the most frequented areas of Cusco.
